Prepare your venue before setup.
Understand the daily workflow
Guests order through the shop's QR. The front desk checks and accepts an order; the kitchen prepares it and marks it ready. Start with the synthetic demo, then rehearse in an approved test environment.
Confirm who accepts orders, who updates preparation status, and where guests collect food. The website demo creates no real orders.
Define the handoff
The front desk verifies incoming orders; the kitchen display helps track preparation. Assign someone to handle exceptions so two staff members do not resolve the same issue differently. Review unfinished orders at shift changes.
Agree how cancellations, unavailable items and changes are handled. This demo does not mean every permission is enabled for a merchant.
Check devices and integrations
Prepare the phones, tablets or computers used on site. Check browsers, connectivity and screen sizes; test QR scanning and order intake at the venue. Printers, invoices, payments and notifications each need a confirmed provider, configuration and costs.
Keep a manual fallback for network outages. Offline operation, printing, delivery and third-party integrations are not promised without verification.
